We are seeking experienced attorneys with a proven client base to join and enhance our Trust and Estates Practice Group. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals while bringing your expertise to an established and dynamic legal environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Expand and complement our existing Trust and Estates Practice Group by leveraging your experience and client relationships.
* Provide exceptional legal services in areas such as:
* ELDER LAW: Counseling clients on matters related to aging, incapacity planning, and elder care.
* TAX LAW: Advising on tax-efficient strategies for estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer.
* MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PLANNING: Assisting clients in navigating government benefits, long-term care planning, and eligibility requirements.
* Other complementary areas that align with our firms capabilities and long-term goals.
* Collaborate with the firm's attorneys to deliver comprehensive, interdisciplinary legal services.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment with their long-term personal and financial objectives.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster growth and client retention.
* Actively participate in firm initiatives, including business development and marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active state bar membership in good standing.
* Minimum of [X years] of experience in trust and estates law, with a focus on at least one or more complementary practice areas (e.g., elder law, tax law, Medicare/Medicaid).
* Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client base.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
