BOOKKEEPER POSITION AVAILABLE!!!

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking bookkeeper. Our ideal candidate loves working with numbers, paying high attention to detail, and takes pride in their work! This bookkeeper will have a "wanting to make a difference" perspective with a natural ability to work on a small team as well as manage a variety of tasks. Overview of Responsibilities

Handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable in QuickBooks
• Back up to payroll in ADP
• Administrative Tasks
• Compile reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
• Generate monthly statements to customers.
• Process membership dues
• Complete records to or though trial balance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bookkeeping, accounting experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• Knowledge of ADP and QuickBooks required
