Supporting Product Manager

We are seeking a Supporting Product Manager to facilitate the release management life-cycle, including documentation of feature business justification, current state and challenges, proposed future state and business requirements, success criteria, and edge cases. Candidates who have an eye for process, documentation and and clear communication are highly desirable.


Roles & responsibilities
• Gather and document detailed feature requirements.
• Support product operations, such as user administration.
• Manage product feature backlog.
• Meet with cross functional stakeholder to understand feature impact and needs
• Continually assess overall product success through qualitative and quantitative feedback. Maintain close working relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
• Maintain an intimate knowledge of all business and technical aspects of Guide.
• Document outcomes and decisions made in product and technical workshops
• Rely on strong communication with team members, both domestically and international.


Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• Background in product management, 5+ years preferred
• Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter
• Advanced understanding and usage of Wrike and Keynote (or equivalent)
• Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to formulate budgets and financial models
• Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations
• High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
• Level of attention to detail that is second to none
Excellent oral and written communication skills
