Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance over the phone. Your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will play a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide support for their inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

$850 - $1150week
