Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a NYC law firm in their search for a Chief Claims Operations Officer. The Chief Claims Operations Officer will have broad authority to take the firm’s case operations to the next level, enabling the firm to grow in a profitable and scalable way, and will be a driving force in the firm’s overall strategic planning, in partnership with the Partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business operations to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner, Partners, and Senior Executives to align operations with operational goals.
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Oversee resource allocation and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Analyze data to ensure operational success and scalability.
• Develop and drive organizational vision and long-term strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and organizational health.
• Mentor senior leadership (directors and managers).
• Oversee and manage processes to ensure database integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in operations in a high volume environment
• Experiences in claims-processing environment
• Technologically savvy (Salesforce)
• College Degree highly preferred

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or other graduate degree
• Experience in highly regulated environment and/or government programs

Compensation: $200,000-225,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
