Smart Office Automation the leader in office technology has a unique opportunity for the right candidates. We are looking for an experienced copier technician who will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and customer satisfaction of our customers. Candidates trained on Sharp, Canon, Kyocera and HP are preferred.
Your responsibilities include:
· Call customers within 30 minutes of receiving a service call to provide an ETA
· Respond to service requests within 4 hours
· Repair equipment to the customer satisfaction
· Handle connectivity issues as it relates to printing and scanning
· Manage and maintain commonly used car stock inventory
· Open and close service calls through an automated system
· Communicate daily with customers and teammates
· Work with the customers IT staff
· Represent Smart Office Automation in a professional and ethical manner
