The
Direct Mail Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing direct mail campaigns to support the sales and marketing objectives of the company. The
Direct Mail Marketing Associate will acquire a strong understanding of direct mail marketing and have a passion for driving results through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day direct mail marketing activities and objectives that focus on lead generation for the residential and commercial business groups.
- Oversight and leadership of direct mail projects and campaigns, requiring coordination efforts with Creative, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization teams to meet target launch deadlines.
- Work closely with copywriting and creative teams, along with subject-matter experts and marketing channel leaders, to develop best-in-class Direct Mail collateral.
- Build performance reports and monitor performance results to provide new strategic opportunities to elevate the direct mail program.
- Collaborate with Creative, Affiliate Marketing, Marketing Analytics and other cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate in the ideation and lead in the execution of new direct mail strategies and initiatives to drive incremental lead generation growth and increase Empire's share-of-voice within the direct mail space.
- Execute the direct mail production process, including all direct mail quality control prior to print production, i.e., data review, creative review, phone numbers, URLs and QR codes, etc.
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on industry best practices and ensure compliance in all campaigns.
- Ensure direct mail campaigns adhere to budget by maintaining direct mail budget reports.
- Other projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2years of marketing experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Candidates in CO, WA, CA and some cities in NY, may have limited consideration.
