Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. This position is permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to exceeding client expectations. The successful candidate will handle a variety of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. This position requires a deep understanding of real estate law, coupled with a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Job Details
5 Years of Estate Planning and Probate Administration Experience is Required
Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment
Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
Must be licensed with the Florida Bar Association
Salary is based on experience and to the extent of a portable book of business
