Job Summary:
Toyota of North Miami is looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, the Title Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Process all vehicle titles in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of vehicle inventory, titles, and registration documents
- Communicate with customers, banks, and state agencies regarding title status and any necessary documents
- Work closely with the sales and finance departments to obtain necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for vehicle titling and registration
- Keep track of and report any title discrepancies or issues
- Maintain organized records of all title-related documents
- Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicle titles and registration
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Title Clerk in the auto industry
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registration
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
