You'll be immersed in the core functions of a high-performing agency, prospecting, presenting, closing, and cross-selling, while gaining hands-on experience that prepares you to run your own operation. From day one, you'll focus on generating new business, exceeding performance goals, and sharpening the sales strategies that fuel long-term success.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.

• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Licensing Requirement: Must obtain specific insurance licenses within a given timeframe.
