Job Description This position is responsible for conducting thorough and complete Investigations on behalf of the Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Operations. Develops investigative strategy, performs thorough and prompt investigations and documents findings in written investigation reports. Conducts interviews, prepares letters and written summary of findings that is fair, impartial, represents the facts, and has the necessary supporting documentation. Presents investigative findings to internal adjudicating committees. Responsible for analyzing data and drawing conclusions supported by the facts. Responsible for developing and applying advanced concepts, technique, and standards related to investigations. Understands relevant federal, state, and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures. Demonstrates integrity and sensitivity of diverse cultures; performs detailed work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; exercises diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.
Additionally, you will support the CI/Insider Threat program and strategy In this capacity, you will: Develop education and training materials in support of the CI/Insider Threat mission and engage internal and external stakeholders. Identify emerging trends and patterns, risk assessment, and threat mitigation from a CI perspective and provide reporting to the leadership team. Ensure that counterintelligence activities are thoroughly performed and properly documented for business reference and quality. Provide recommendations and formulate/implement counterintelligence strategies for review by the leadership team to apply across the enterprise. Interface with Senior Management on CI issues and will support functional leadership, including HR, Legal, Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) organizations.
Basic Qualifications Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
Experience in conducting investigations and counterintelligence experience.
Administrative process experience.
Proficiency in investigative report writing.
Must be a self-starter with proven leadership skills and impeccable ethical standards.
Must be well versed with legal issues related to Investigations including applicable state and federal statutes.
Well-refined Interviewing and organizational skills.
Desired skills Demonstrated ability to verbally articulate complex issues to a broad variety of audiences.
Experience in conducting complex investigations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience in developing and managing an extensive professional network.
Strong computer skills.

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $78,500 - $150,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $90,200 - $170,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
