Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to Italian-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, promotions, and policies.
• Work closely with other team members to resolve any booking-related issues efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Italian and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Malta (only local candidates will be considered).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
