The Opportunity: - Optimize your high emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivation to provide coaching and facilitation services to Naval Shipyard leaders and managers.
- Partner with our government customers to apply principles of organizational leadership, develop people, transform culture, improve performance, and achieve results through individual, group, team, and/or other coaching-based modalities.
- Work is on the customer site, embedded in the Shipyard industrial environment, to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.
- This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. The job posting is to source a candidate pool to fill the position if/when it is funded.
Responsibilities: - Provide weekly individual, group, and/or team coaching for mid-to-upper-level Shipyard leaders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, and create/implement coaching strategies.
- Conduct extensive individual and organizational assessments that include comprehensive summary reports.
- Shadow and observe leaders in meetings and daily work.
- Deepen and expand your coaching skills through continuing education courses and certifications.
- Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, facilitation, organizational development, change management, learning organizations, or process and performance improvement. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 6 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
- Completion of an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach training program. Note: ICF credential (ACC, PCC, MCC) is not required for this entry-level position.
- Ability to facilitate and lead group conversations/training in an engaging manner that evokes participation and promotes learning.
- Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential (ACC, PCC, MCC).
- Certification and/or experience in some or all of the following: o Personality and/or skills assessments, e.g., CliftonStrengths, MBTI, TKI, DISC. o Process and/or performance improvement. o Change management. o Facilitation and/or training of leaders. o Project management. o Lean Six Sigma.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, the US Navy, or the Department of Defense.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500 - 117,900 USD
