Our client in the legal industry is seeking a Legal Consultant to join their team. As a Legal Consultant, you will be part of the Court Order Compliance group supporting high volume legal processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Legal Consultant

Location: Bedminster, NJ

What's the Job?

Data entry of legal process into our workflow management system

Answering high volume calls and distributing voicemail messages

Communicating with the law enforcement community in regards to life-threatening situations 24x7x365

Ensuring that all cases are correctly documented and managed end to end in compliance with all applicable laws and company procedures

Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

What's Needed?

Ability to apply for Government Clearance

Confidentiality and attention to detail

An understanding of, and willingness to learn about, basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures

Proficient typing and transcription

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
