The Lobby Services Associate position coordinates the flow of patients, guest, and visitors by providing accurate information, problem-solving matters in the moment, and responding to a variety of needs. All of which requires high-quality customer service and a professional approach.
All new Lobby Services Associates will need to participate in a two-week orientation, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 p.m.
