Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler, your responsibilities will include assembling metal-clad equipment and other power distribution equipment, installing components, units, and subassemblies as per job specifications. You will be expected to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine material requirements and assembly instructions. Additionally, you will need to adjust, repair, or replace electrical components or parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications. Your duties will also involve setting up and maintaining a clean and safe working environment, understanding and following all safety policies and procedures, and installing components by reading and interpreting material lists and panel layouts. You will be disassembling finished products, preparing for shipping, assisting in the shipping process, and understanding and executing Company goals and objectives while actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team. All duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or management must be performed efficiently.
