Responsibilities:
Greet patients and perform check-in at the time of visit. Complete all paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and that all clinical is correct.
Answer and direct phone calls from a multi-line phone system.
Scheduling patient appointments, reminder calls with appropriate preparation instructions for their scheduled exam.
Take orders from physician’s offices, call and schedule patients referred for imaging.
Updating and preparing the patient’s medical record prior to their appointment.
Strict compliance to HIPPA guidelines.
