We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Part- Time, Medical Receptionist at Dr. Yuri Volk's Practice in Englishtown, NJ .

The Medical Receptionist responsibilities are:

• Provides assistance, services and care to patients by scheduling appointments, greeting, resolving problems and handling payment and insurance information for patients by phone or in person.
• This position provides clerical and data entry support to the Care Center.
• The Medical Receptionist requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle a high-volume of incoming phone calls.

The Medical Receptionist must have the following qualifications and experience:

• High School graduate or GED
• Some college or equivalent job experience preferred
• Computer skills preferred
• Russian Speaking preferred

Job Type: Part-Time

Shift Hours: Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm (approx. 23 hours/week)
