The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordination of all staffing requirements within the nursing department, including scheduling staff, monitoring changes, updating, and reporting bi-weekly time reporting to payroll.
Education: High School Diploma required; two years of college education preferred.
Experience: At least one (1) year experience as a staffing coordinator in a health care setting preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must be able to type, have experience meeting staffing targets, and thorough knowledge of Word and Excel software programs.
