Job Title : iPhone/iPad Repair Technician

Location : Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Pay Rate : $18+ (Based on Experience)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:

As a  Phone Repair Technician , you’ll be a key player in our mission to provide exceptional service. In this role, you will primarily repair Apple iPhones, but may also work on other mobile and computer devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise repairs on Apple iPhones, including screen replacements, power buttons, cameras, charging ports, and more.
• Test and verify repairs to ensure the phone is fully functional and meets quality standards.
• Accurately manage inventory and complete repair ticket transactions using the Information Management System.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized, reflecting the professionalism that our clients expect.
• Meet productivity goals and collaborate effectively with your team.

Qualifications :

• REQUIRED : Minimum of 6 months experience in phone repair, specifically with Apple iPhones.
• Passion for Technology: Whether you’re an experienced pro or new to the field, your enthusiasm for tech is what matters most.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering top-quality repairs.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always willing to lend a hand to help the team succeed.
• Basic Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems and data entry is a plus.
