Job Description

We're a MEP Subcontractor based in South Florida specializing in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing services focused on large-scale Commercial and Multifamily Residential projects throughout Florida. Majority of our business is generated from repeat clients including well-known General Contractors and Developer Builders throughout the state.

Our team is looking to make a long-term hire for a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee our Tampa projects. This position requires management skills to oversee a crew of Plumbing Technicians/Installers as well as "hands on" experience focused on Plumbing Installations for new Multifamily Residential construction projects.

Compensation / Benefits:

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing design & installation
• Prior experience working on Multifamily Residential / Condominium projects, and/or Large-Scale Residential
• Experience overseeing an on-site crew
• Ability to manage & delegate work in order to get the job done correctly, on time, and within budget.
• Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
• Maintain a level of professionalism when dealing with all parties involved in the construction process.
• Willingness to work outside of a typical 9-5 schedule if needed in order to keep the project on track.
