What You'll Do:
Provide Visionary Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor program staff, ensuring the consistent implementation of the CSA program and the Wraparound model.
Empower Your Team: Provide 1-1 supervision to Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners, fostering their professional growth and development.
Drive Program Excellence: Ensure staff consistently adhere to the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all CSA work.
Build a Strong Team: Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations, collaborating with the AVP of Child, Youth and Family Services.
Provide 24/7 Support: Offer back-up 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage, ensuring continuous support for our clients.
Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where youth, families, and professionals work together to achieve positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Program Management: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
Skills: Access to consistently reliable transportation.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 per year.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus.
