What You’ll Do:

Compensation:

$89,400 - $187,600 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the CRM system to collect and maintain current customer details, ensuring accuracy for all team members.
  • Actively pursue leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a buyer’s agent or listing agent.
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads effectively and convert them into new clients.
  • Regularly follow up with past clients through phone calls and emails to create repeat real estate opportunities.
  • Monitor quarterly and monthly sales cycle metrics to achieve the team's sales objectives and conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups on leads and sustain lead generation activities.
  • Adhere to the team's strategy and engage actively in lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop expertise in database and CRM management for efficient lead tracking and client interaction.
  • Arrange appointments, conduct them efficiently, and successfully close sales to contribute to the team's accomplishments.
  • Strive to advance into a lead buyer or listing agent role through dedication and outstanding performance.
Qualifications:
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license is required for travel by car in Palos Verdes, CA, US.
  • The candidate should either possess a real estate license or be enthusiastic about obtaining one.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities are vital for this role.
