As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the jewelry industry. Responsibilities: Manage and organized the jeweler schedule, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the jeweller. Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports. Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, discuss inquiries, and provide updates on orders. Coordinate with the jeweler to ensure timely responses to customer queries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Assist in processing and tracking customer orders. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Update inventory records and assist in managing stock levels. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands. Conduct research on gemstones, jewelry designs, and emerging market opportunities. Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for the jeweler as needed. Qualifications: Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using communication tools, project management software, and office applications. Knowledge or interest in the jewelry industry is a plus. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Reliable internet connection for remote work.
