Job Details
Responsibilities
Personal tax guidance, preparation
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision and clarity.
Assist in case management by organizing files, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of tax law and regulations.
Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
