Join Our Team as an Investment Advisor in Retirement Plans!

At Aldrich Wealth, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Retirement Plan Consultant to partner with our Senior and Lead Consultants in delivering critical support and guidance to retirement plan sponsors and participants. In this role, you’ll provide tailored investment advice, assist in plan design, and offer essential 401(k) education—empowering clients to achieve financial security. You'll Get a Chance To

• Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, conducting trustee and employee education meetings both independently and alongside Senior and Lead Consultants.
• Develop and present educational content for group and one-on-one sessions, adapting delivery to in-person, virtual, and video formats.
• Provide financial advice and support within the Aldrich Wealth framework, proactively addressing client needs.
• Prepare agendas, track follow-up actions, and support Lead Consultants in client meetings.
• Manage small to mid-size client relationships and assist with business development initiatives.
• Build a network of referral professionals, expanding Aldrich Wealth’s reach and influence.
• Contribute to Aldrich’s strategic initiatives and train new team members.
• Draft compliance articles and client communications as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Three or more years of experience in the retirement plan industry.
• Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain it).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant advisory software, including Engage, Advisor View, and Laserfiche.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups and in virtual settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to Aldrich’s client-first approach.
• CPFA and AIF credentials (preferred).

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $90,000 - 115,000 per year.

What You Should Know

This is a full-time position. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This is a hybrid position where you must be in the office at least 4 days per week.
