Mast Roofing & Construction of Oley, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Roofing Foreman to manage a crew in Berks County, PA area and get projects done in a timely and accurate manner. This position earns an annual salary of $80,000-$100,000/year, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING FOREMAN
As a Roofing Foreman, you are also the face of our company since you are the point of contact with the client during the project. You are a can-do, get-it-done person who takes responsibility for the performance of you and your team. As both an offensive and defensive player, you help your team prevent delays and stay within budget. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude get customers cheering!
Using your excellent coaching and mentoring skills, you motivate your team to strive for excellence. WORK SCHEDULE
The full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours per week.
