BlueWave is hiring a Salesforce Admin for a leading identity access management client based in San Francisco, CA. As Salesforce Admin you will be responsible for technical customer support by reporting data and bugs to the IT team.
Responsibilities:
· Review and assess current business systems to produce organized and precise documentation
· Gain an understanding of support workflows and system interactions to develop a clear representation of their functionality
· Serve as a go-to expert, offering insights, support, and advice to the operations team
· Assist with user testing and quality assurance activities during the final stages of project development
· Facilitate communication regarding system updates with the Support team and act as a primary resource for inquiries
· Oversee system-related issues, resolve technical challenges, and maintain smooth operations for key business processes like lead generation, conversion, and opportunity management
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
· Ideally 5 years of experience or more in a customer support or operations position
· Hands on experience in Salesforce Cloud
· SOQL
· Jira
Employment Type:
