About the Role:

Seeking a Senior Director, Direct Mail Marketing to lead D2C marketing strategy. Responsible for expanding direct mail strategy under new branding while managing a team. Exciting chance to serve as a leader while growing a successful DM program!

Responsibilities:

• Lead D2C Direct Mail strategy, including testing, operations, cost management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
• Co-own D2C direct mail campaign execution, optimizing end-to-end campaign operations
• Oversee reporting and analytics while serving as point of contact for executive reports and owning action plans to adjust strategy based on performance
• Develop annual budget to keep an ongoing accurate view of KPIs
• Brainstorm with marketing team to continuously improve direct mail value chain
• Help develop multi-channel efforts and optimizations
• Oversee and mentor a team of marketers, guiding them to execute on direct mail strategy

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in direct mail marketing
• 7+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and building high-performing teams
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex information to executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Pay range and compensation package:

$200,000-$220,000 + bonus potential
