- *Role Overview**
- *Sodexo** has an exciting, remote opening for a **Senior** **Manager, Culinary Systems** to join our team. This position is responsible for leading ingredient management, research and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will focus on data driven solutions to optimize ingredients.
- *This is a remote position; candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.**
- *What You'll Do**
- *Key responsibilities include the following:**
- Lead role with ingredient and menu data research and analysis
- Manage ingredient optimization process
- Collaborate with culinary and menu teams and supply management
- Lead facilitator with product specification recommendations and swaps
- Documentation and reporting out KPI's

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and automated food systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data, document insights and share recommendations
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience
- Power BI experience
