Full Job Description

Our agency client is looking for two Service Designers to assist their

team! This is a fully remote freelance role starting as soon as April through the end of September.

In this role, the Service Designers will be responsible for: \

-Act as design strategists, doing upfront research on pain points and looking at bigger picture trends to produce a service blueprint for a consulting client\ -User research: Gather feedback from users about a product or similar products\ -Persona creation: Create fictional characters to represent different user types\ -Service blueprints: Visualize the user\'s journey through a service, including responsibilities and process levels\ -Prototyping: Develop a digital or analog draft of a design or product to explore how it will function\ -Work closely across business units and with delivery teams such as product managers, developers, marketers, and customer support to ensure seamless implementation of service designs across multiple business units

The service designer will have: \

-Experience performing UX research (planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on findings)\ -Experience managing exec level stakeholders, systems thinking, complex service blueprinting, workshop facilitation\ -Knowledge of Salesforce or similar ERP platforms
