**Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

Call Center Billings, Montana Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **16 an hour DOE** Reciprocity Industries, LLC is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals with the hearts of salespeople and dynamic communication skills. A great call center agent knows how to close a deal and effectively communicate with clients, but they always keep respect and concern for the clients as their primary focus. Call center agents are expected to operate successfully in a technologically centered, fast-paced environment that requires focused data entry, time management, and collaboration with fellow call center agents.

Position:

Full Time

Starting at $16 DOE

Responsibilities:

* Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information via messaging and phone intake.

* Communicate clearly and effectively with Spanish speaking clients including written and verbal translating from Spanish to English.

* Determine client eligibility by comparing client information to set lists of requirements.

* Inform clients through effectively explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing additional directions or resources.

* Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company standards and guidelines; recommends how to improve procedures to maintain quality and client experience.

* Study new campaign requirements and participate in educational opportunities to continually grow in campaign knowledge.

* Accomplish organization missions by assisting clients with contracts and being willing and available to assist clients needs.

* Effectively communicate the companys visions and goals to clients.

* Reassure and communicate effectively with clients throughout information gathering process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Must be bilingual in English & Spanish

* [1] Eighteen 18 years of age or older on or before hire date

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Superior interpersonal and customer service skills

* Technologically savvy in using phone communication, Facebook Messenger, e-mail, and database maintenance.

* Skilled in data entry and pays close attention to detail

* Reliability to work as scheduled and meet company goals and requirements

* Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
