We are looking for LOCAL candidates though being at remote mode.

Responsibilities:

• Tool Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Ansible, Leapwork, LoadRunner, and GitHub, ensuring their optimal performance and availability for Infrastructure and Application teams.
• Ansible Automation: Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks and roles for automating IT infrastructure and application deployments. Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to automate configuration management, software deployments, and cloud provisioning. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance Ansible playbooks for performance and reliability.
• GitHub Management: Manage GitHub repositories, enforcing best practices for version control, collaboration, and pull request workflows. Implement access controls, branch protection, and security policies to maintain repository integrity. Integrate GitHub with CI/CD tools to automate code deployment and testing.
• LoadRunner Performance Testing: Configure, monitor, and maintain LoadRunner environments for performance and load testing. Develop and execute LoadRunner test scripts to ensure application scalability and reliability. Analyze LoadRunner test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and Leapwork.
• Integration & Automation: Integrate Ansible, GitHub, LoadRunner, and LeapWork with other tools to create efficient end-to-end automation pipelines.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for all tools, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues within the automation and testing environments.
• Reporting & Metrics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track automation progress, test results, and performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in automation and testing tools and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on automation.
• Certification required in Ansible, GitHub, LoadRunner, and LeapWork or related.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
