Full time salaried opportunity for an experience Systems Engineer with experience in HVAC/lighting and building automation.

• Onsite 4 days/week - remote 1 day/week.
• Client work authorization requirements: US Citizen/GC holder

WHAT YOU'LL : You'll be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing advanced Smart Building control solutions for B2B clients. Evaluate and help design retrofit controls that deliver significant Return on Investment (ROI) opportunities for customers. You'll be one of the key technical system engineers and will develop and document designs and partner with multiple departments to help get projects installed in the field. This role will include, but is not limited to, integrating disparate building control systems, leveraging strong HVAC/lighting and building automation system knowledge to develop ROI focused solutions for national accounts, and developing expertise in the existing business processes and tools.

• Work with Client Manager, Systems Engineering and other engineers on the Client team to design and develop control systems for specific projects
• Draft and develop technical requirements for Client programs and projects
• Program Client primary and field controllers
• Develop and program Client user interfaces
• Help develop controls proposals in daily operations with the Solutions group
• Maintain a library of standards on behalf of national account customers
• Perform systems integrations using a wide variety of protocols including basic software
• Ensure technologies are integrated and technically compliant per applicable standards
• Communicate results to Controls Manager, Systems Engineering and others as necessary
• Set high standards that will align with the organization's goals
• Assist internal and external IT networking teams

• 5+ years of system engineer or system integrator with experience with at least one (1) controls platform
• 5+ years in the building automation systems industry
• 5+ years of HVAC Automation/Controls Engineering or Data Analytics experience
• Expertise leveraging IoT Concepts and Technology, Building Automation Systems, and Database programming
• Technical proficiencies in A/C electrical circuits and low voltage D/C electrical circuits and operation
• Ability to read and interpret blue-prints, wiring diagrams and device data sheets, as well as, familiarity with creating technical shop drawings, including riser diagrams
• Superior knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Lighting and Hardware Systems
• Programming proficiency with Niagara based systems, including but not limited to N4

• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in integrating computer programs
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and/or another related field
