Job Description

We are exclusively partnering with a large chemicals client to identify a Training Coordinator to support the coordination of training schedules, logistics, and resources for multiple leadership programs. This role involves managing training rooms, supplies, and event logistics while ensuring seamless execution.

As the Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining both existing and upcoming programs by collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring the training inbox and Teams chat, and tracking assessments.

Start Date: Early April

Duration: Through August with the possibility of extending

Hours: 40 hours per week; ideally 7am – 4pm CT but flexible

Location: Hybrid; must be onsite (Houston, TX) for events

Experience Required:

• Proven experience coordinating training events
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience with learning management systems, specifically SuccessFactors, is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in chemicals, oil and gas, or a related industry is preferred
• A background check is required for the selected consultant

The pay range for this is $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
